Accedo Technologies is a business formed by Hemco and Nicaraguan partners dedicated to outsourcing services. Its mission is to become a preferred source for customers needing professional bilingual services, which is known as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

The 3.5 hectare technological park, located on Km. 14 of the Masaya Highway, in service since the second half of 2009, is a leader in the supply of outsourcing bilingual services for businesses from North America and Europe.

As in the areas of mining, forestry and energy, human resources are Accedo Technologies’ main strength. One of its main principles is internal competition for new positions and the establishment of competitive salaries, as well as additional compensation packages and benefits compared to those already in the market.

The technological park has selected Nicaragua’s most experienced and trained personnel. The managerial team has wide international experience in successfully managing brands from the 50 largest companies in the United States.

The team also has vast technical experience and how to get zithromax cultural representation, appropriate to global market requirements. Each of the three buildings will house 630 young bilingual professionals per shift.

The modern facilities are based in an area of 35,000 m2 and each building will have a floor plan of 4,800 m2. This park is adjacent to a major concentration of skilled human resources from the surrounding areas of Managua, Granada, Masaya and Carazo, including the major population growth axis of the area known as the Masaya Highway, and also close to the largest universities in the country. The first building is already finished and will start operating in January 2010.

The objective of Accedo Technologies is to participate aggressively and distinguish itself in the global BPO industry, providing high quality bilingual and infrastructure services in the following business fields, although not limited to them:

Incoming and outgoing calls and crossed sales

  • Telemarketing
  • Help desk
  • E-Mail/chat and cialis no prescription correspondence
  • Complaint processing
  • General accounting
  • Order processing
  • Digitizing of information

In August 2009, Accedo Technologies signed an important agreement with the Central American Bank of Economic Integration (CABEI) for US$5 million to launch the first stage of the technological park.

This is how we are firmly advancing towards diversification. We are no longer a company dedicated exclusively to mining, we are turning our efforts and investments towards new technologies, contributing to the country´s development, creating new jobs and taking Nicaraguans closer to the advantages of communication and information
